D is for Danger
Danger comes from many things: the unknown, a threat from an individual and even from our own desires. I tried to get a little of all those into this story.
The Danger Within
by Sophie Duncan
"What's the matter, don't like what you see?" the alluring creature asked, slowly working his way up Frey's body, pressing as much skin to skin as possible.
Frey swallowed nervously, heart racing, body pulsing, knowing he was at risk. Yet, he had always wanted this and slowly he let himself succumb to the power in that alien smile. His skin tingled as finally they rested chest to smooth chest, and he looked up at death and life in one.
"Don't fear me," his destiny spoke softly to him.
"I don't," Frey replied, slowly lifting one palm to caress the danger.

Incubi? You've got me wondering!
ReplyDeleteWere-naga?
ReplyDeleteA bite could kill you or maybe convert you, with Anaconda qualities. It would fit the slow working up Frey's body and pressing as much skin to skin as possible.
Lovely, and intriguing. Also frustrating 'cause I want to know what it is.
